What can you actually book here?

Lux4Rides runs Mercedes-Benz Sprinters in Los Angeles: the 15-passenger Comfort Executive at $175–$225 an hour, four executive vans built around forward-facing captain’s chairs, a Jet Sprinter with face-to-face VIP chairs and lounge benches, and one Sprinter limousine with wraparound lounge seating and a bar. Every one comes with a licensed chauffeur — we do not rent them self-drive. Bookings are hourly with a five to six hour minimum, multi-day hires can be quoted lower, and major event weekends such as Coachella are booked as full days.

These are the same codes our dispatch team uses internally. Quoting one removes the usual guesswork — “the one with the table” could be two different vans, but EXEC-1 is only ever EXEC-1.

How booking works

Minimums, not a price list

Rates for the executive vans, the Jet Sprinter and the limousine move with the date, so a fixed number published here would be wrong most of the year. The exception is the Comfort Executive at $175–$225 an hour. What does not change are the minimums — so those are what we publish.

Most bookings run hourly with a five to six hour minimum, depending on the date and how much of the day the vehicle is held for.

Coachella, Stagecoach, award season and championship games are booked as full days. The van cannot be turned around between clients on those dates.

What Sprinter vans does Lux4Rides actually operate?

Mercedes-Benz Sprinters in four styles: the 15-passenger Comfort Executive Sprinter (CE-1), four executive vans (EXEC-1 through EXEC-4), a Jet Sprinter (JET-1) and one Sprinter limousine (LIMO-3). The executive vans seat passengers in forward-facing captain’s chairs; the Jet Sprinter pairs face-to-face VIP captain’s chairs with side lounge benches; the limousine has wraparound lounge seating and a bar, so it is a different kind of vehicle rather than a larger version of the same one.

What do the codes EXEC-1 and LIMO-3 mean?

They are the internal codes our dispatch team uses for each vehicle. They are published here so you can name the exact van you want. Emailing “we’d like EXEC-3 for Saturday” removes the usual back-and-forth about which van had the table, or the bar, or the higher seat count.

How much does a Sprinter cost in Los Angeles?

The Comfort Executive Sprinter is $175 to $225 an hour, depending on the date, and multi-day hires can come in lower. The executive vans, the Jet Sprinter and the limousine are quoted per date — a Tuesday in February and a Coachella Saturday are not the same price, so a fixed number published on a web page would be wrong most of the year. Do you have a Sprinter for 15 passengers?

Yes. The Comfort Executive Sprinter seats fifteen passengers, with a chauffeur, at $175 to $225 an hour depending on the date, with a five to six hour minimum. It is our lower-cost way to move a group that size in one vehicle while keeping leather seats, a table and a proper cabin.

Do you offer multi-day Sprinter rates?

Yes. If you need the Comfort Executive for several days in a row — a conference, a tour, a wedding weekend — email vip@lux4rides.com with the dates, rough hours per day and passenger count. Multi-day hires are quoted as one job and can come in below the hourly range.

Is there a minimum booking?

Yes. Standard hourly bookings carry a five to six hour minimum depending on the date. Major event weekends — Coachella, Stagecoach, award season, championship games — are booked as full days, generally a twelve hour minimum, because the vehicle cannot be turned around between clients on those dates.

Can I book a Sprinter for Coachella?

Yes, and LIMO-3 is the vehicle most people are picturing when they ask. Festival weekends are full-day bookings and the fleet fills months ahead, so the useful move is to email your dates early and hold a vehicle rather than wait for prices.

Is a chauffeur included, or is this a self-drive rental?

Every booking includes a licensed chauffeur. We do not rent Sprinters for self-drive. Lux4Rides operates under California TCP #40987 with commercial liability insurance.

Which vehicle should I pick?

If people need to work, face each other or use a table, take an executive van — EXEC-1 or EXEC-3. If you need to seat fifteen and keep the cost down, take the Comfort Executive. Of the executive vans, EXEC-4 has the highest seat count. If the ride is the occasion, take LIMO-3. Tell us the occasion and passenger count and we will tell you plainly which one fits.
