Super Bowl LXI Group Transportation: Sprinter Shuttles, Hospitality Groups and Crews
For the company bringing forty guests to the game, the hospitality agency running a hotel-to-stadium shuttle, the brand with a week of activations, the broadcast or production crew with call times: several vehicles, one dispatcher, one run sheet, one invoice. A single ride books instantly on the Super Bowl LXI transportation page.
Lux4Rides arranges multi-vehicle transportation for Super Bowl LXI week (Sunday, February 14, 2027, SoFi Stadium, Inglewood): numbered Sprinter shuttles between hotels, Super Bowl week events and the designated stadium zone; executive cars for sponsors and guests; crew movements with call times; game-day standby rotations staged outside the perimeter; airport and private-aviation arrivals; one dispatcher and one invoice. Email vip@lux4rides.com or call (424) 209-8001 with the dates, head count and movements.
Forty guests, one game, one plan
A Super Bowl week for a company is airport arrivals on Thursday and Friday, a hotel in Santa Monica or downtown, two hospitality events, the game on Sunday with a departure in a convoy and a return that has to work when 70,000 people leave the stadium at once, and departures on Monday. Our concierge team writes that as a run sheet: numbered Sprinters staged together, executive cars for the principals, a dispatcher on the phone through the week, standby rotations outside the perimeter on game day, and one invoice at the end.
In 2022 about 70,000 people left SoFi at once and rideshare added surcharges while demand multiplied. The plan is built for that hour. The proposal is written from our published rates, with the scope and the dates deciding the number.

Hotel-to-stadium shuttles
Numbered Mercedes-Benz Sprinters (14 passengers each) run a loop between your hotel and the designated vehicle zone, staged together so the group arrives as one, with a dispatcher counting heads and a backup vehicle in the rotation. Several Sprinters move 40 to 200 guests across the day.

What to put in the brief
Send this
- Dates in Los Angeles and the hotel or office.
- Number of guests and the vehicles you have in mind, or the head count and we propose the mix.
- Movements you already know: airport arrivals, the event, dinners, after-parties, departure.
- Contacts for the day (names of assistants or coordinators, not passengers).
Do not worry about
- Credentials and arrival windows; tell us what you hold and dispatch plans around it.
- Set times and closures; chauffeurs are briefed on the published plan.
- Tickets; they come from the organisers, and we say so plainly.
Game-day standby outside the perimeter
On game day the vehicles drop at the designated zone and stage outside the closure rings with a pre-agreed pickup point and a backup. Guests message as they leave their seats; the convoy leaves together rather than queuing at the rideshare zone.
Super Bowl week events and activations
The Sports Media Summit, Studio 61 at the Palladium, the broadcast sets on Santa Monica State Beach and the hospitality events across downtown and the Westside: executive cars and Sprinters on hourly bookings under one run sheet. Vehicle wraps and signage are discussed case by case.
Crews, call times and base camps
Broadcast, production and brand crews move on call times between hotels, the stadium, the beach sets and the Palladium. We run the vehicles with a manifest, as-directed hourly cars for the day and a dispatch desk that watches every vehicle.
Arrivals and invoicing
LAX commercial arrivals with the flight tracked; Hawthorne (3 miles from SoFi), Van Nuys and the LAX private terminals for private aviation. One invoice for the week; accounts for companies and agencies.
