Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

We are working to make lux4rides.com usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, voice control, or who need larger text or reduced motion. Accessibility is treated as part of building the site, not as a one-time project.

The standard we work toward

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA as our reference standard. We are working toward it and we are not claiming that every page currently meets it. The site has many pages, some of them years old, and we would rather tell you plainly where we are than publish a conformance badge we cannot stand behind. If you hit a barrier, the section below is the fastest way to get it fixed and to get whatever you needed done another way in the meantime.

What we have done so far

Each of these was checked on the live site in September 2026:

• Every page declares a language, so screen readers pronounce content correctly.
• Pages use real headings in order, so you can navigate by heading rather than reading everything.
• Meaningful images carry descriptive alternative text; decorative images are marked so screen readers skip them.
• Interactive controls are reachable and operable with a keyboard, and keyboard focus stays visible.
• Tap targets on phones are sized so they can be hit without precision.
• Body text meets a contrast ratio of at least 4.5:1 against its background.
• Text resizes with your browser or device settings; we do not block zoom.
• Animation is kept minimal and respects the operating-system “reduce motion” setting.
• Our transportation guides work without JavaScript, so the content is readable on assistive technology and on poor connections.

Known limitations

We would rather name these than let you discover them:

• Our booking system runs on a separate platform at bookings.lux4rides.com. We do not control that vendor’s code. If any part of booking is difficult to use, call (424) 209-2006 and we will take the reservation directly, at the same price, with no penalty for booking by phone.
• Some older pages have not yet been reviewed to the same standard as recent ones. We are working through them.
• Some third-party content, such as embedded maps, is not fully under our control.

Please tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, and the browser or assistive technology you were using, if you know it. That helps us reproduce the problem quickly.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 3 business days and to give you a target date for a fix. Where a fix will take time, we will offer another way to get what you needed in the meantime.

This statement covers this website. For questions about vehicles, mobility devices, service animals or travel assistance, call (424) 209-2006 before you book so we can confirm what we can arrange for your trip and put it in writing.

Ongoing work

We review accessibility when we build new pages and when we change existing ones, and we act on the reports guests send us. If you tell us about a barrier, it goes on the list.
