KIIS FM Jingle Ball at Intuit Dome: December 4, 2026

102.7 KIIS FM's Jingle Ball, presented by Capital One, is Friday, December 4, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. at Intuit Dome in Inglewood. Intuit Dome does almost everything through its app, from tickets to the face-scan entry, and it allows rideshare at exactly one spot on the property. This guide covers those rules, the parking-pass system, the bag limit and how a private car works around the Mobility Hub on a Friday night.

Your full fare shows before you pay. Live dispatch, 24/7.

Quick answer

Where can a car drop us off at Intuit Dome for Jingle Ball, and what do we need to get in?

Intuit Dome permits rideshare drop-off and pickup at one place only: the Mobility Hub on the first level of the Standard East Garage (entrance on 102nd Street, 3665 W 102nd St), which also has a family pickup zone and taxi access; your chauffeur uses the same hub. To get in, every attendee needs the Intuit Dome app account with a GameFace ID selfie or an Identity Pass on their phone, and children under 13 go on a Teammate account. The show is Friday, December 4, 2026 at 7:30 p.m. The arena says it is minutes from LAX; hourly service starts at $80 an hour and one-way fares are set by distance.

Plan the evening

A Friday 7:30 p.m. show at an arena that runs on its app.

Intuit Dome is new and its rules are specific: app-only tickets, face or pass entry, parking by pre-bought pass and a single rideshare hub. Sort the app out before you leave the house; the car is the easy part.

What to expect

The venue lists 102.7 KIIS FM's Jingle Ball Presented by Capital One for Friday, December 4, 2026, show at 7:30 p.m. The arena page does not list the performers or a door time; it says door times for touring events vary and are subject to change, so check the official page and the app the week of the show. Intuit Dome is cashless.

Entry is different from other arenas. You must download the Intuit Dome app and create an account to access your tickets and the venue. At the doors you use a GameFace ID (a selfie saved in your profile, left lane at the Main Entrance) or an Identity Pass in your phone wallet (right lane). Every attendee needs their own account and ticket on their own phone; if you bought for the group, Transfer or Assign each ticket in the app beforehand.

Tickets and admission

Tickets are sold through the arena from the official event page ; no price is readable there, so we do not quote one. Lux4Rides is not affiliated with Intuit Dome, iHeartMedia or KIIS FM and does not sell tickets.

The bag rule is the tightest of the big Los Angeles arenas: only personal clutches, including clear bags, no larger than 10 by 6 by 2 inches are allowed, with an exception for medical and childcare bags up to 14 by 14 by 6 inches, which are X-rayed. Anything larger stays in the car; on an hourly booking the vehicle is reserved for you and the chauffeur keeps it.

Families: children under 13 and the app

Intuit Dome handles children through Teammate accounts: set one up in the app for each child under 13 before you arrive, and the arena can issue Zoom Thru bands so they move through the building with you. The Mobility Hub includes a family and parent pickup and drop-off zone, which is where a parent collecting teenagers after the show should head.

For the ride, tell us each child's age and weight. A rear-facing seat, convertible seat or booster is $25 each per ride, up to three of each, installed before the chauffeur leaves for your pickup. A Luxury SUV carries 7 passengers, the Escalade Elite 6, a Comfort Sedan 3, and a Mercedes Sprinter up to 14 when booked online.

Getting there: where a car can drop you off and pick you up

Intuit Dome states that the Mobility Hub on the first level of the Standard East Garage is the only location around the property where rideshare is permitted, for both drop-off and pickup. The garage entrance is on 102nd Street at 3665 W 102nd St (the arena's FAQ also gives 3700 W Century Blvd). The hub holds the rideshare zone, taxi access, the family pickup zone and the arena's free shuttles. Your chauffeur drops you there before the show. On an hourly booking the chauffeur and vehicle are reserved for the hours you book, stage where waiting is permitted and coordinate your return pickup at the hub when you message; no car can wait at the Main Entrance.

Driving yourself means a parking pass bought in advance: the arena says that only a pass bought ahead, with a Vehicle Profile completed (license-plate recognition) in the app, that fees vary by event, and that without a pass you should carpool or use rideshare. Garages open about four hours before showtime.

  • From LAX: the arena calls itself minutes from the airport, beside the Kia Forum. From the 405, take exit 45 Century Boulevard and turn left on West Century; the arena is on the right at Prairie Avenue. Enter your flight number and the chauffeur tracks it; one-way fares are distance-based, and for scale LAX to Beverly Hills was $110 and LAX to Downtown $122 on October 10, 2026.
  • Our Intuit Dome car service page covers Clippers games and other shows at the same hub.

Timing the arrival and the exit

Doors are not published for this show, so plan backward from the 7:30 p.m. start and the time it takes to clear the entry lanes. It is a Friday, so from Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Calabasas or Pasadena allow for the commute: a 5 p.m. pickup from the Westside, earlier from Pasadena or the Valley. For the exit, message the chauffeur during the last act so the car is at the Mobility Hub as you walk out; everyone leaving by car is funneled to the same garage level, and the chauffeur follows arena traffic staff.

A 6-hour hourly block covers a Westside pickup, dinner in Inglewood or on the way, the show and the ride home with the clock running from pickup. For a straight run to the hub and back at a set time, two one-way rides booked together save 5%.

Choosing the service

Hourly chauffeur, or two scheduled transfers?

For a single show, two fixed rides are usually cheaper. Hourly suits a group collected from two addresses, dinner before the doors, or parents who want the car to come when the teenagers text. Both show in full in the booking form with your addresses.

All prices from the Lux4Rides booking form on October 10, 2026, including taxes and fees, before the optional gratuity (20% preselected, adjustable). Hourly service covers about 25 miles of local driving per booked hour; a long route raises the minimum hours in the form.
