Your flight is monitored and the pickup follows the actual landing. Meet at the arrivals curb, or add an inside meet and greet with a name sign. Waiting of 30 minutes after a domestic landing and 60 after an international one is included.

A licensed chauffeur is assigned to your reservation 24 to 48 hours before pickup and receives your full itinerary.
You receive their name, your booked vehicle class, the date, pickup time and route, with a private link to your trip page.
Your chauffeur’s photo, car and license plate appear there from 48 hours before pickup, and you can message them through a monitored group.
Their live location and arrival estimate update until they reach you, and the page tells you how fresh the location is.
