Coachella 2027 Car Service: Los Angeles, LAX and Palm Springs to the Empire Polo Club
A professional chauffeur from Los Angeles, LAX, Beverly Hills or Palm Springs to the Empire Polo Club, with a flat fare shown before you pay and no festival surge. One way, a round trip with the return already booked, or a chauffeur on standby for the whole weekend in an Escalade, S-Class or Sprinter.
Coachella 2027 runs April 9–11 and April 16–18, 2027 at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, about 130–145 miles east of Los Angeles. Lux4Rides drives you door to door from Los Angeles, LAX, Beverly Hills or Palm Springs with a licensed private chauffeur: the full fare is shown at checkout before you pay, there is no festival surge, and the car that drops you off is the car that picks you up. One way from LAX starts at $428.72 in a Comfort Sedan; a chauffeur by the hour starts at $80.
Why a private chauffeur is the right way into Coachella
Every year the same story plays out at the polo fields: the music ends after midnight, forty thousand people walk out at once, the rideshare lot takes an hour to clear and the fares you see on your phone are not the fares you expected. A private car service to Coachella 2027 removes all of that. Your chauffeur knows the drop-off and pickup points the festival publishes, waits for you on a standby booking, and the fare you saw at checkout is the fare you pay.
From Los Angeles the drive is two to two and a half hours along the I-10, and on a Friday afternoon it is longer. A chauffeur turns that into the easiest part of the weekend: leave when you want, stop where you want, sleep on the way home. Groups ride together in a Sprinter; couples and small parties take an Escalade or an S-Class.
The dates and venue on this page come from the festival’s own announcement and are dated below. The festival publishes its vehicle and rideshare rules close to the event; we plan around them and update this page when they change.

Weekend 1 or Weekend 2: the same drive, different traffic
Both weekends have the same lineup, so the choice is about crowds and cost. Weekend 1 (April 9–11) carries the premieres, the heaviest media presence and the busiest Friday on the I-10; Weekend 2 (April 16–18) is usually calmer on the road and in the houses around La Quinta and Palm Springs. Whichever weekend you hold, the pattern for the car is the same: a transfer out on Thursday or Friday, a chauffeur on standby for the festival days if you want door-to-door every night, and the ride home on Monday when the roads are quiet.
How a Coachella booking runs
-
Price it in seconds
Enter your pickup and the Empire Polo Club at checkout to see the fare for every vehicle before you pay; or choose by the hour for a standby chauffeur.
-
Confirm the plan
Tell dispatch your weekend, the house or hotel, and the flight if there is one. Festival days become a run sheet with one chauffeur.
-
The drive out
Door to door on the I-10 with stops as you like; the chauffeur follows the festival’s published drop-off plan at the fields.
-
Pickup after the show
On a standby booking the car is already at the agreed point when you walk out. No lot, no queue, no surge.
What to send dispatch
Send this
- Your weekend (1 or 2) and the days you need the car.
- Pickup address, or the flight number and airport for an arrival.
- Passenger count and luggage, and the vehicle you prefer: S-Class, Escalade, Suburban or Sprinter.
- Whether you want one-way, a round trip, or a standby chauffeur by the hour for the festival days.
Do not assume
- That a rideshare will be there at 1 AM when the music stops. In previous years the lot queue ran an hour or more.
- That the booking includes passes or parking. It is transportation only; passes come from the festival.
- That a last-minute car is available on festival Friday. Vehicles are committed weeks ahead.
From LAX, Palm Springs airport, Beverly Hills or anywhere in LA
Flying in? Give dispatch the flight and the chauffeur tracks it: LAX with up to 30 minutes of complimentary waiting after a domestic landing and 60 after an international one, Palm Springs International (PSP) 22 miles from the fields, Ontario (ONT) about an hour out. From Beverly Hills, West Hollywood, Santa Monica or Downtown the fare is by distance and shown before you pay. Multi-day visitors book the airport arrival, the festival days and the departure as one plan with one dispatcher.
What the fare includes, in numbers
Priced by the booking form on November 3, 2026, one way to the Empire Polo Club: from LAX (145 miles) a Comfort Sedan is $428.72, an Executive Sedan $585.90, a Cadillac Escalade $665.35 and a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter $1,610.05; from Beverly Hills (140 miles) $416.72, $570.90, $647.10 and $1,567.55; from Palm Springs International (22 miles) $133.52, $216.90, $216.40 and $564.55. Book the return in the same reservation and the return ride is 5% less. By the hour: Comfort Sedan $80, Luxury SUV $120, Escalade $130, Sprinter $175, four-hour minimum online. Gratuity is optional and chosen at checkout. There is no surge pricing on festival dates.
Standby for the weekend: the chauffeur stays with you
For festival days most guests book a chauffeur by the hour. The car brings you to the drop-off point the festival assigns, stages outside the perimeter while you are inside, and is already positioned when you walk out, so there is no lot, no queue and no phone-refresh at 1 AM. Hourly blocks cover the house-to-fields run, a dinner in La Quinta or a pool party in Palm Springs, and the late ride home. Time beyond the booked hours is billed at the same hourly rate.
Passes, VIP and what we do not do
Coachella passes, VIP passes and parking are sold by the festival through coachella.com and its official ticketing partner; resale through anyone else carries real risk. We do not sell or arrange passes, we do not hold wristbands, and we do not claim affiliation with Goldenvoice or the Empire Polo Club. We are the car and the plan: licensed chauffeurs, commercial insurance, one dispatcher for the weekend.
Official sources
Festival dates and venue were read from the festival’s own announcement, as reported by Pollstar and DJ Mag, on November 3, 2026; fares were read from the Lux4Rides booking form on the same date. Lux4Rides is an independent, California TCP-licensed chauffeur company (TCP #40987) and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or an official provider for Goldenvoice, AEG, the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival or the Empire Polo Club. We do not sell passes.
Choose your vehicle
Tell us your passenger and luggage count and we’ll recommend the right vehicle — every car late-model, immaculate, and driven by a pre-selected professional chauffeur.
Executive Sedan
Mercedes S-Class class. Quiet, business-ready comfort for 1–3 passengers with luggage.
Luxury SUV
Cadillac Escalade / Suburban for families, extra luggage, and a higher, statelier ride.
Sprinter Van
Mercedes Sprinter for groups, crews, and events with plenty of cargo room.
A better ride starts with a better-treated chauffeur
Lux4Rides was built by CEO Sam Altabbaa on a simple idea: pay professional chauffeurs fairly and you get calmer, safer, more gracious rides. Cut-rate apps squeeze drivers — and you feel it in the car. We don’t.
Chauffeurs paid fairly
Our drivers earn a real, respectful wage — so they’re relaxed, professional, and genuinely glad to take care of you.
Hand-selected & VIP-trained
Every chauffeur is pre-selected, background-checked, TCP-licensed, and trained to a discreet VIP standard — no random gig drivers.
Upfront fares, no surprise pricing
The price you see is the price you pay — no peak-hour price changes, no hidden fees, and 24/7 dispatch that watches your flight.
