Our story
Founded in 2018 and run from Los Angeles by the person who still coordinates the large jobs himself.
Meet Sam AltabbaaSam Altabbaa started Lux4Rides in 2018, first behind the wheel of his own car. The complaints he kept hearing were the same: unpredictable driver quality, inconsistent vehicles and last-minute cancellations. Lux4Rides was built as the prearranged alternative, where the chauffeur arrives early, communicates clearly and the schedule holds.
Every reservation is confirmed in writing with the vehicle class, route and pickup plan. Dispatch tracks flights, coordinates airport pickups and stays reachable before and during the trip. For events and corporate programs we plan the movement, size the vehicles against the real headcount and keep a dispatcher on the job while it runs.
