Nothing extra for booking today: fares are the same flat rates as an advance booking, a base plus a rate per mile for the vehicle, fixed when you book. Airport pickups include 30 minutes of complimentary waiting after a domestic arrival and 60 minutes after an international one, counted from the actual landing time, not the schedule. If you take longer, extra waiting is charged by the minute at the hourly rate of the vehicle you booked: the hourly rate divided by 60, times the extra minutes. In a Comfort Sedan ($80 an hour) that is $1.33 a minute, so 20 extra minutes would add about $26.67 before tax. Add your flight number when you book so the clock starts from the real landing.
Child seats and boosters are available from $25 per seat, with the exact charge shown during booking; tell us each child's age and weight. In-terminal meet and greet is $60 per booking. Gratuity is optional, 20% preselected and adjustable. Book the return in the same reservation and both legs are 5% less.
Holiday weekends, major events and the early-morning peak can sell out. If the form shows no vehicle for your time, call dispatch: a different vehicle class or a slightly different pickup time often works. We never confirm a ride we cannot run.
