The Process

How Meet & Greet Works

Book with Meet & Greet

Select the Meet & Greet option when you book. Provide your flight number and terminal.

Flight Is Tracked

We monitor your flight from takeoff. Your chauffeur positions inside the terminal timed to your landing.

Name Sign at Baggage Claim

Your chauffeur holds a professional name sign near your carousel. They introduce themselves and take over your bags.

Escorted to Your Vehicle

Walk alongside your chauffeur to the vehicle curbside. Luggage is loaded, the door is opened, and you're on your way.

Who It's For

When Meet & Greet Makes the Difference

Meet & Greet elevates a standard airport pickup into a fully managed arrival experience. It's not just about convenience — it's about removing every point of friction between landing and reaching your destination.

International Arrivals

After a 10-plus hour flight and customs processing, the last thing you want is to figure out ground transportation. Your chauffeur is right there when you exit, ready to take over.

VIP & Executive Guests

When you're hosting a client, investor, or talent, a chauffeur with a name sign sets the tone from the moment they step into the terminal. It communicates that every detail has been handled.

Families & Elderly Travelers

Managing children, strollers, and multiple bags at LAX is a challenge. Your chauffeur handles the heavy lifting — literally — so you can focus on your family.

Meet & Greet pairs with any vehicle in our fleet: S-Class sedan, Escalade, Suburban, or Sprinter van.

Your chauffeur holds a sign with your name near the baggage claim exit for your flight. You'll also receive the chauffeur's name and phone number before your trip, so you can call or text if needed.

Meet & Greet is available as an add-on to any airport transfer. The fee varies and will be shown when you select this option during booking. Many clients find the convenience well worth it — especially after long international flights.

Your chauffeur can meet you just outside the customs exit at TBIT and take over luggage handling from there. Due to security restrictions, chauffeurs cannot enter the customs area itself.
