Plan by cluster and by day, not by ride
Los Angeles has no single Olympic park. Venues sit in broad geographic groups, and the honest planning advice is to pick a hotel base near the cluster you care most about and accept that the others are a drive.
South Bay & Inglewood
The Hollywood Park area around SoFi Stadium and the Kia Forum, plus Carson. Closest cluster to LAX, which makes it the easiest arrival base and the hardest traffic on a session day.
Downtown & Exposition Park
The historic core of Los Angeles Games hosting. Dense, walkable within itself, heavily affected by closures, and well served by hotels that book out first.
Westside & Coastal
Santa Monica, Venice and the beach venues. Pleasant to stay in, slow to drive out of eastbound in the morning. Budget more time than the map suggests.
Valley, Pasadena & Long Beach
The outliers. A Pasadena morning and a Long Beach afternoon is a genuinely difficult day, and the one most worth handing to a chauffeur rather than driving yourself.
The practical consequence: if your days involve more than one venue, book the car by the hour. Separate transfers assume you know when each session ends. During a Games, you will not.
Paralympic travel: what we need to know, and what we cannot do
The Paralympic Games bring travellers whose transportation needs are specific and non-negotiable, and the worst possible outcome is a company that says yes to everything and then sends the wrong vehicle. So here is the boundary, stated before you ask.

Tell us this when you enquire: the mobility device and its folded dimensions, whether the passenger can transfer into a standard seat with assistance, the number of companions or carers, any service animal, and any communication preference.
