Information we collect
To provide chauffeur and car service, we collect the information you give us when you book or make an inquiry: your name, phone number, email address, pickup and drop-off locations, flight details, trip dates and times, passenger and luggage counts, and any special requests. Payment is processed by our secure booking provider at bookings.lux4rides.com; we do not store full card numbers on our own servers. We also collect basic, non-identifying technical data (such as browser type and pages visited) to operate and improve this website.
How we use your information
- To schedule, dispatch, and complete your reservation, and to track your flight for airport pickups.
- To communicate with you about your trip (confirmations, chauffeur details, reminders, and changes).
- To process payment through our booking provider and issue receipts.
- To respond to inquiries and provide customer support.
- To meet legal, licensing (California TCP #40987), insurance, and safety obligations.
- To improve our service and, only where permitted, to send occasional offers you can opt out of at any time.
Sharing
We share trip details only with the people who need them to deliver your service — primarily your assigned chauffeur and our dispatch team — and with service providers who help us operate (such as our booking and payment processor and SMS/email providers). We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect the safety of our clients, chauffeurs, and the public.

Data security & retention
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect your information, and we keep it only as long as needed to provide service and meet legal, tax, and insurance requirements. Children
Our services are intended for adults booking transportation. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children except the trip details a booking adult provides (for example, the number of child seats needed).
