Vehicles for the couple, the party and the guests
A Mercedes or BMW executive sedan or a Cadillac Escalade for the couple, Escalades and luxury SUVs for the bridal party and family, and 14-passenger Mercedes Sprinters to shuttle guests between the hotel and the venue. Tell us head counts, gowns and garment bags, and whether anyone needs step-free access so the right vehicles are assigned rather than substituted on the day.

For guest movements, one dispatcher runs every vehicle to a single schedule: staging at the hotel, load order, the timed departure to the ceremony and the return runs after the reception. What is agreed in writing before the day
