How many Escalades can you provide at the same call time?

Two to twenty is routine; larger fleets are arranged with notice. Our own Escalades are supplemented by vetted partner operators running the same late-model Cadillac Escalade and Escalade ESV, all under our dispatch and our chauffeur standard. The proposal states the exact number confirmed for your date.

Can the fleet travel as a convoy, or arrive staggered?

Either. A convoy for an executive delegation or a team moving between venues, with a lead vehicle and spacing agreed with your security; or staggered arrivals at a premiere, a set or a brand event so the curb never backs up. Tell us the choreography and the run sheet reflects it.

How much does it cost to book several Escalades?

By the hour, the Cadillac Escalade is $130 per vehicle with a 4-hour minimum online; a single Escalade can be booked instantly at that rate. Point-to-point Escalade rides are priced per trip: LAX to the Beverly Wilshire was $180 in an Escalade Elite on October 10, 2026. Fleets of three or more, multi-day work and standby are quoted individually from the schedule and the scope. We do not promise discounts; the proposal reflects what the job needs.

What does each Escalade carry?

The Escalade Elite seats up to six passengers with five bags. Rear-seat space suits talent and executives who need to work, rest or change between stops, and the ESV adds luggage room for airport delegations. Child seats and boosters are $25 each per ride, installed before pickup.

Can you book Escalades for a production for several days?

Yes. Productions book standing Escalades for talent and department heads across a shoot: pre-dawn calls, location moves, wrap-outs after midnight. A multi-day booking keeps the same chauffeurs where possible and is invoiced as one job. Send the call sheet and you get one proposal.

Do you handle airport arrivals for a delegation?

Yes. Each arrival is flight-tracked and timed to the actual landing, with 30 minutes of complimentary waiting after a domestic landing and 60 minutes after an international one. Inside-terminal meet & greet with a name sign is $60 per booking. Escalades can be staged for the whole party or assigned per guest.

Are the vehicles and chauffeurs consistent across the fleet?

Black, late-model Cadillac Escalade and Escalade ESV, clean and unmarked. Every chauffeur works to the same written standard: professional dress, no photographs, no social posts, confidential handling of schedules and addresses, and instructions taken from your dispatcher, not improvised.

How far ahead should an Escalade fleet be booked?
