VIP Group Transportation and Large-Scale Car Service Arrangements in Los Angeles
How a large transportation arrangement runs in Los Angeles: a single dispatcher, a run sheet, staged vehicles, standby rotations and one invoice, for labels, studios, production companies, wedding and gala planners, corporate hospitality and VIP entourages. Escalades, luxury SUVs, S-Class sedans and Sprinters, several of each, under one plan.
Lux4Rides arranges multi-vehicle and group transportation in Los Angeles: Sprinter fleets and SUV convoys for events, productions, award weeks, festivals, weddings, galas and corporate hospitality, run by one named dispatcher with a run sheet per vehicle, staged pickups, radio and phone coordination at the venue, standby rotations and monthly invoicing. Send the dates, the head count and the movements to vip@lux4rides.com or call (424) 209-8001; a person replies with a written proposal from our published rates.
How a large arrangement actually runs
A large arrangement is not twenty bookings; it is one plan. Our concierge team writes it with your coordinator: every vehicle, every chauffeur, every pickup time and address on a run sheet; vehicles staged together so a group arrives as one; a dispatcher on the radio and the phone at the venue, counting heads and moving the schedule when a set runs late or a ceremony runs long; standby rotations through the night so a car is always at the agreed point; and one invoice afterwards.
The pages linked below apply this to the 2027 events where groups most often need it: Coachella and Stagecoach estates and crews, Grammy week for labels, Emmy week for studios, Super Bowl LXI hospitality, New Year’s Eve party circuits. Weddings, galas, conferences and productions run on the same system all year.

Capacity guide
A Mercedes-Benz Sprinter moves 14 with luggage; three Sprinters as a numbered loop move 40 across a day with a backup in rotation; ten move 140. Escalade and SUV convoys carry principals and families in parallel. For a wedding of 150 guests between two hotels and a venue, for a cast of 30 on a press day, or for a company bringing 60 to the Super Bowl, the proposal sets the mix from the head count and the schedule.

What to put in the brief
Send this
- Dates and the locations: hotels, venue, offices, airports.
- Number of guests and the vehicles you have in mind, or the head count and we propose the mix.
- Movements you already know, with times where you have them.
- A contact for the day.
Do not worry about
- Exact set times or closures; the run sheet adapts.
- Vehicle rules at the venue; chauffeurs are briefed on the published plan.
- Tickets or credentials; those come from the organiser.
Staging, radios and the run sheet
Vehicles are staged in sequence at the pickup, numbered and briefed; the dispatcher holds the run sheet and the radio; chauffeurs follow the organisers’ published arrival plan at the venue; a backup vehicle sits in every loop. Changes go through one phone number, not through fifteen drivers.
Standby rotations
Award nights, festivals and games end for everyone at once. Standby vehicles rotate at the agreed pickup point outside the perimeter so the convoy leaves together, and a chauffeur stays with each group for the parties afterwards.
Accounts and invoicing
Labels, studios, agencies and corporate clients hold accounts with monthly invoicing, one invoice per event or per month, with a certificate of insurance on request. Confidentiality agreements are standard on VIP work.

A better ride starts with a better-treated chauffeur
Lux4Rides was built by CEO Sam Altabbaa on a simple idea: pay professional chauffeurs fairly and you get calmer, safer, more gracious rides. Cut-rate apps squeeze drivers — and you feel it in the car. We don’t.
Chauffeurs paid fairly
Our drivers earn a real, respectful wage — so they’re relaxed, professional, and genuinely glad to take care of you.
Hand-selected & VIP-trained
Every chauffeur is pre-selected, background-checked, TCP-licensed, and trained to a discreet VIP standard — no random gig drivers.
Upfront fares, no surprise pricing
The price you see is the price you pay — no peak-hour price changes, no hidden fees, and 24/7 dispatch that watches your flight.
