New Year's Eve for a group is a circuit, not a ride
A group of twelve on New Year's Eve has dinner in one place, a party in another, a rooftop or a house for midnight and three addresses to get home to, and all of it happens on the one night the ride apps are slowest and most expensive. A Sprinter by the hour with one chauffeur turns that into a single run sheet: pickups in sequence, stops as the night goes, a fixed meeting point a block out from the crowds at midnight, and everyone home in one car. Hotels, restaurants and companies run the same thing as a shuttle loop for their guests.
The proposal is written from our published rates with the hours and the vehicle count deciding the number. We do not raise prices on New Year's Eve.

The multi-stop party circuit
A Sprinter (14) or two Escalades on an hourly booking: pickups in sequence from 7 PM, dinner, the party, the midnight stop and the drive home. The chauffeur stays with the group all night; extra time is billed at the same hourly rate. Hourly rates are $80 Comfort Sedan, $120 Luxury SUV, $130 Escalade and $175 Sprinter, four-hour minimum online.

Office or hotel to the venue and home again in Sprinters, with executive cars for the principals, on one run sheet with one dispatcher and monthly invoicing for accounts.
Midnight meeting points
Around the big celebrations in West Hollywood, Downtown and Santa Monica the streets close or fill after midnight. Dispatch fixes a meeting point a block or two out before the night begins, the chauffeur stages there, and the group walks two minutes instead of searching a crowd for a car.
