Coachella 2027 VIP & Group Transportation: Convoys, Estates and Crews
For the house in La Quinta with twelve guests, the label moving an artist and a glam team, the brand activation with a shuttle loop, or the Sprinter convoy leaving Beverly Hills on Thursday: several vehicles, one dispatcher, one written proposal. This page is for group and VIP arrangements; a single car books instantly on the main Coachella 2027 page.
Lux4Rides arranges multi-vehicle transportation for Coachella 2027 (April 9–11 and 16–18, Empire Polo Club, Indio): Sprinter convoys for estate groups, Escalade and S-Class splits for artists, management and glam teams, standby rotations for after-parties, and hotel or estate shuttle loops, all under one dispatcher with a run sheet and a single quote. Email vip@lux4rides.com or call (424) 209-8001 with the dates, the head count and the movements; a person replies with a written proposal.
A Coachella weekend with several vehicles is a logistics job, not a booking
A single ride to the polo fields books itself. A house with twelve guests, an artist with a band and a glam team, or a brand with a shuttle between a hotel and an activation needs a plan: who leaves when, from where, in which vehicle, with which chauffeur, and where every car stages while the fields are busy. That is what our concierge team does for Coachella: one dispatcher writes the run sheet, assigns the vehicles, briefs the chauffeurs on the festival’s published drop-off and pickup plan, and stays on the phone through the weekend.
The proposal you receive is written from our published rates, with the scope and the dates deciding the number. We do not promise discounts; we promise that the plan works at 1 AM on Saturday when forty thousand people are leaving at once.

Estate groups in La Quinta, Indian Wells and Palm Springs
The most common Coachella request: one house, eight to twenty guests, three festival days. We stage a Sprinter or two Escalades at the house, run the house-to-fields shuttle on a schedule you set, keep a standby car for the guests who leave early, and bring everyone home together after the headliner. Dinner runs to Palm Springs and pool parties fit inside the hourly blocks.

What to put in the brief
Send this
- Dates in the valley and the weekend (1 or 2).
- House or hotel address and the number of guests.
- Vehicles you have in mind, or the head count and we propose the mix.
- Movements you already know: airport arrivals, festival days, dinners, after-parties, departure.
Do not worry about
- Exact set times; we adjust the run sheet when they are published.
- The festival’s vehicle rules; the chauffeurs are briefed on the published plan.
- Passes or parking; those come from the festival, and we tell you so plainly.
Artists, labels and crews
Artist, management and glam team in separate vehicles, arrival and departure windows coordinated with the team’s own credentials, airport arrivals tracked at LAX, PSP or the private terminals, and a chauffeur who understands that nothing from the car is discussed anywhere. We work from your run sheet or write one with your tour manager.
Brand activations, corporate hospitality and shuttle loops
A numbered Sprinter loop between a hotel in Palm Springs and an activation in the valley, staged together so a group arrives as one, with a dispatcher who counts heads and adjusts the schedule when a set runs late. Wraps and signage are discussed case by case.
Standby rotations for the late nights
Coachella nights end after midnight. For groups we rotate standby vehicles so a car is always positioned at the agreed pickup point, outside the perimeter the festival sets, and the convoy leaves together rather than in a queue.
What we need from you, and what you get back

You get a written proposal with vehicles, chauffeurs, timings and the total, one dispatcher’s name and number, and one invoice. A better ride starts with a better-treated chauffeur
Lux4Rides was built by CEO Sam Altabbaa on a simple idea: pay professional chauffeurs fairly and you get calmer, safer, more gracious rides. Cut-rate apps squeeze drivers — and you feel it in the car. We don’t.

Our drivers earn a real, respectful wage — so they’re relaxed, professional, and genuinely glad to take care of you.
Hand-selected & VIP-trained
Every chauffeur is pre-selected, background-checked, TCP-licensed, and trained to a discreet VIP standard — no random gig drivers.
