A Coachella weekend with several vehicles is a logistics job, not a booking
A single ride to the polo fields books itself. A house with twelve guests, an artist with a band and a glam team, or a brand with a shuttle between a hotel and an activation needs a plan: who leaves when, from where, in which vehicle, with which chauffeur, and where every car stages while the fields are busy. That is what our concierge team does for Coachella: one dispatcher writes the run sheet, assigns the vehicles, briefs the chauffeurs on the festival’s published drop-off and pickup plan, and stays on the phone through the weekend.
The proposal you receive is written from our published rates, with the scope and the dates deciding the number. We do not promise discounts; we promise that the plan works at 1 AM on Saturday when forty thousand people are leaving at once.

Friend groups and houses
Ten to twenty guests in a house in La Quinta or Indio, three festival days, a Sprinter staged at the house with an Escalade as the early-leaver car. Gates open early at Stagecoach and music ends by midnight, so the run sheet is tighter than Coachella’s and the dinner runs to Palm Springs fit before the headliners.

Do not worry about
- Exact set times; we adjust the run sheet when they are published.
- The festival’s vehicle rules; the chauffeurs are briefed on the published plan.
- Passes or parking; those come from the festival, and we tell you so plainly.
Corporate hospitality and brand groups
A numbered Sprinter loop between a Palm Springs or Indian Wells hotel and the fields, staged together so the group arrives as one, with a dispatcher counting heads and adjusting when a set runs late. Signage and wraps case by case.
Artists, bands and crews
Band in one vehicle, crew in another, management in a sedan; arrivals at LAX, PSP or the private terminals tracked; confidentiality agreements signed. We work from your tour manager’s sheet or write one together.
Midnight exits and the drive home
The whole crowd leaves at midnight. For groups we rotate standby vehicles at the agreed pickup point outside the perimeter so the convoy leaves together, and on Sunday night the Los Angeles run is done by chauffeurs, not by the designated friend.

Back comes a written proposal with vehicles, chauffeurs, timings and the total, from the published rates, with one dispatcher and one invoice.
