The 69th Annual Grammy Awards are on Sunday, February 7, 2027 at Crypto.com Arena in downtown Los Angeles, live on ABC and streaming on Hulu and Disney+, with nominations announced on Monday, November 16, 2026. Grammy week fills the five days before the show with showcases, brunches, rehearsals and label events across downtown, Hollywood and the Westside, and ends with the official after-party and the label parties running until the early morning. This post is about moving through that week without losing an hour to a closed street or a surge fare. To book, use the Grammys 2027 chauffeur page.

Date: Sunday, February 7, 2027 (Premiere Ceremony earlier the same afternoon)

Venue: Crypto.com Arena, 1111 S Figueroa St, Los Angeles (L.A. Live)

How Grammy week runs

Visiting teams fly in on the Wednesday or Thursday. From then until Sunday the calendar is industry events in every part of the city, usually three or four a day for a label, each with its own arrival. Sunday is the Premiere Ceremony in the afternoon, where most categories are presented, then the telecast, then the after-parties. The practical consequence is that Grammy week is an hourly-chauffeur week: one car, one chauffeur, a run sheet, and nobody searching for a ride between events.

Arrivals and closures at Crypto.com Arena

On show day the organisers and the City close Figueroa, Olympic and Pico around L.A. Live in stages from the morning and control every approach. Guests with a vehicle credential are staged along an assigned route in an assigned window; the chauffeur carries the credential and dispatch plans the departure from the hotel with margin for the closures. Guests without a vehicle credential are dropped at the nearest open point and walk in. There is no public parking plan for the ceremony, and ride apps cannot enter the closure rings, which means pickups several blocks out at midnight with the whole district leaving at once.

The car that stays

A standby booking keeps one chauffeur and one vehicle for the evening: the arrival, the wait nearby through the telecast, the official after-party downtown, the label parties across the city, the ride home at 3 AM. For a team, several vehicles run under one dispatcher with a run sheet: the artist in an Escalade, the band and glam team in a Sprinter, executives in sedans, chauffeurs under confidentiality agreements. That side of the week is on Grammys 2027 transportation for labels, artists and production teams.

What it costs

LAX to Crypto.com Arena is 16 miles: a Comfort Sedan was $119.36 one way, a Luxury SUV $149.20, an Escalade $194.86 and a Sprinter $514.40 as priced by our booking form on November 3, 2026, with the exact fare for your address shown before you pay. Standby is by the hour: $80 Comfort Sedan, $120 Luxury SUV, $130 Escalade, $135 plus $25 once for an Executive Sedan, $175 Sprinter, four-hour minimum online. Grammy night is usually a six-to-eight-hour block. There is no award-night surge.
