How Grammy week runs
Nominations land on November 16, 2026 and the industry calendar builds from there. The week itself runs from about Wednesday, February 3: showcases, brunches, label events and rehearsals across downtown, Hollywood and the Westside, with most visiting teams flying in on the Wednesday or Thursday. Sunday is the Premiere Ceremony in the afternoon, where most categories are presented, then the telecast, then the official after-party downtown and the label parties across the city until the early morning.
Arrivals at Crypto.com Arena and the closures
The arena sits in the L.A. Live block at Figueroa and Chick Hearn Court, next to the Convention Center. On show day the organisers and the City close Figueroa, Olympic and Pico in stages from the morning and control every approach. Guests with a vehicle credential are staged along an assigned route in an assigned window; the chauffeur carries the credential and dispatch plans the departure around the closures. Guests without a vehicle credential are dropped at the nearest open point and walk in. Public parking is not part of the ceremony plan.
LAX, Van Nuys and the private terminals

Artists and executives arriving by private aviation use Van Nuys or the LAX private terminals; give dispatch the tail number and the arrival window. Burbank is 15 miles north and convenient for the Valley studios.
Rideshare on Grammy night
Ride apps cannot enter the closure rings, so pickups happen several blocks out, and at midnight on Grammy night the whole L.A. Live district is trying to leave at once. A standby booking keeps one chauffeur and one vehicle for the evening, staged nearby during the show and positioned at the agreed point when you come out, then on to the after-party and the label parties without re-booking.
The after-party and the label parties
The official after-party follows the telecast downtown; the label parties run across downtown, Hollywood, West Hollywood and the Westside until the early morning. For a team, several vehicles run under one dispatcher with a run sheet: the artist in an Escalade, band and glam team in a Sprinter, executives in sedans.
