Palm Springs International Airport is 35 to 45 minutes from the grounds; Ontario is about an hour and a half. The fare for any of these is calculated by vehicle and distance and shown before you pay.
The festival sets where cars may stop: a black-car area for services that hold a festival vehicle pass, a public pick-up and drop-off zone, and a separate rideshare lot, with hours and locations it publishes close to the dates. Your chauffeur confirms the drop-off point and the after-show meeting point with you before the day, following the rules in force that weekend. The walk from the car to the gate is set by the festival, not by us, and the pre-arranged pickup avoids the rideshare queue after the headliner.
A same-night return to Los Angeles after the closing set means a 2:30 to 3:30 am arrival. Many guests book a hotel in Palm Springs, La Quinta, Palm Desert or Indio and have the car held by the hour between the hotel and the polo grounds across the weekend, then return to Los Angeles on Monday. A return booked in the same reservation is discounted at checkout; hourly blocks are priced by the hour.
Fares are per vehicle, so a Mercedes Sprinter seating up to 14 is the lowest cost per seat for a group and keeps everyone together; a Cadillac Escalade carries up to six with festival bags; executive and comfort sedans suit one to three. Every vehicle is climate-controlled with water and charging on board for the desert drive. We do not sell tickets, passes or parking; the festival controls entry.
