Each Mercedes Sprinter seats up to 14 guests per loop. For a continuous-loop plan, the number of vans depends on how short you want the wait between trips — one Sprinter can move a small wedding, but for 100-plus guests we typically run two or three so nobody waits long at sunset. For a fixed-schedule single departure, plan one seat per guest. Gratuity is always optional with Lux4Rides — it is never auto-added to your quote. If you would like to recognize a chauffeur who handled the canyon roads and your timeline well, the customary range for wedding and chauffeur service is about 15 to 20 percent of the booking. Many couples prefer to settle a single gratuity for the whole shuttle team through our VIP desk in advance so there is nothing to handle on the wedding day itself.
