See your priceVIP guests usually need the airport, the hotel, the polo grounds on three afternoons, a dinner or two and a late pickup after the headliner. Booked as an hourly block with one chauffeur and one vehicle per party, every move is on your schedule and nothing is re-dispatched at one in the morning. Dispatch builds the plan from your flights, hotel and the days you are attending, and confirms the hourly rate, minimum hours and overtime in writing.
From LAX or central Los Angeles the Empire Polo Club is about 130 miles and two to two and a half hours; Palm Springs International Airport is 35 to 45 minutes from the grounds and the better arrival for a weekend in the valley. A transfer is priced by vehicle and distance; the weekend programme is priced by the hour. Both appear before payment and are fixed when booked.
The festival controls where vehicles stop and stage, publishing a black-car area for services with a festival vehicle pass, a public pick-up and drop-off zone and a rideshare lot. Your chauffeur confirms the drop-off and the after-show meeting point with you before each day, following the rules in force that weekend. We do not sell tickets, passes or any form of entry.
Mercedes S-Class and executive sedans for one to three, Cadillac Escalades for up to six, and 14-passenger Mercedes Sprinters for a full party, which can run alongside a principal's sedan as one plan. Several vehicles are coordinated by one dispatcher with a named contact for the weekend. Every vehicle is climate-controlled with water and charging on board.
