We collect you at your LA door and deliver you straight to your Las Vegas hotel valet — the Bellagio fountains entrance, the Wynn tower drive, Caesars Palace, Aria, the Venetian or wherever you are staying. One private Mercedes sedan, Escalade or Sprinter, one chauffeur for the full 270-mile run up the 15, and one flat price quoted before you book. No security line, no rideshare scramble at Harry Reid, no surge.

From Your LA Door to the Hotel Valet — One Private Car the Whole Way

Booking a Strip weekend is easy; getting there in comfort is where most plans fall apart. A flight means a ride to LAX, a security line, a gate wait, then a taxi or rideshare queue at Harry Reid before you finally reach your room. Our Las Vegas Strip hotel car service skips every one of those steps. Your chauffeur arrives at your home, office or LA hotel, loads the luggage, runs Interstate 15 across the Mojave, and pulls directly into your resort's porte-cochere so the bellman is taking your bags while everyone else is still hunting for a cab. Whether your name is on a reservation at the Bellagio, Wynn, Encore, Caesars Palace, Aria, the Cosmopolitan, the Venetian, Resorts World, the Fontainebleau or a suite off-Strip in Henderson or Summerlin, we route to the correct entrance and time the arrival so you are not standing in 105-degree heat with a suitcase. It is roughly 270 miles, about four hours of driving, and a single flat rate that does not move whether the 15 is wide open or backed up at the Cajon Pass.

Hotel-by-Hotel Drop-Off: We Know Every Strip Entrance

A Strip arrival is not one address — it is a maze of valet ramps, self-park decks, convention entrances and tower drives, and pulling up at the wrong one costs you twenty minutes and a long walk with bags. Our chauffeurs run this corridor constantly, so they know to take the fountains-side entrance at the Bellagio rather than the Flamingo Road back drive, the dedicated tower porte-cochere at the Wynn and Encore, the tight Harmon Avenue ramp into the Cosmopolitan, and the separate registration drive at Aria inside CityCenter. For Caesars Palace we use the main forum entrance off the Strip; for the Venetian and Palazzo we route to the correct tower; and for newer resorts like Resorts World and the Fontainebleau at the north end we time arrival around the convention crowds. If you are checking into Mandalay Bay, the Park MGM, Paris, the Cromwell or a boutique stay, just tell us the property and we deliver you to its door, not a curb three buildings away. Staying off the famous mile changes nothing about the service. We run the same flat-rate door-to-door drive to Lake Las Vegas, Henderson, Summerlin, Red Rock and Green Valley resorts, and we are happy to swing past the front desk, a will-call window or a restaurant on the way in if your check-in time has not arrived yet.

The Drive: 270 Miles Up the 15, Timed Around Your Check-In

From the Westside, downtown, the Valley or the airports, your chauffeur connects to Interstate 15 north and settles in for the desert run. The road climbs through the Cajon Pass above San Bernardino, rolls past Victorville and Barstow, crosses the open Mojave to Baker — the coffee-and-fuel landmark with the world's tallest thermometer — then makes the final push past Primm and over the Nevada line into the south end of the Strip. In normal conditions it is about four hours wheels-up to valet. The difference between a smooth arrival and a brutal one on this corridor is timing, and that is exactly what a private car gives you. Friday evenings outbound and Sunday afternoons returning turn the 15 into a slow river of weekenders, and a holiday Monday can add a couple of hours near the pass. Because we dispatch around the clock and quote one flat rate, your chauffeur can roll out at 5 a.m. to beat the Friday crush, leave right after a show, or depart whenever your check-in window opens — and the price never changes. There is no surge and no meter ticking while you sit in traffic at Baker.

Who Rides This Run — Groups, VIPs and Bachelor Weekends

A four-to-six-person bachelor or bachelorette party fits comfortably in a Cadillac Escalade or Suburban with the bags, instead of splitting across rideshares that arrive at three different times. A full crew, a wedding block or a corporate team rides together in a Mercedes Sprinter, so everyone steps out at the same valet at the same moment. Executives heading to a convention at the Las Vegas Convention Center or a meeting on-property get a quiet Mercedes sedan and four hours to work or rest instead of losing the day to airports. Families let the kids sleep across the Mojave and arrive without the I-15 white-knuckle drive. Every trip is handled by one pre-selected, background-checked, TCP-licensed chauffeur who drives the entire route — no swaps, no hand-offs. The same person who loads your bags in LA is the one who delivers you to the hotel valet, and the return leg can be locked in at the flat rate before the weekend even begins, so Sunday's drive home is already a settled plan.

Las Vegas Strip Hotel Car Service from Los Angeles FAQ

Door to valet it is roughly 270 miles up Interstate 15 and about four hours in normal traffic. Outbound Friday evenings and the return on Sunday afternoons run heavier, and backups near the Cajon Pass on a holiday can add an hour or more — which is precisely why we let you choose the departure time. For reference, the same private drive to San Diego runs about 2 to 2.5 hours and to Palm Springs about 2 to 2.5 hours, all at a flat rate where traffic never changes your price.

Pricing is a flat, all-in rate quoted before you book, based on vehicle and pickup point rather than a meter. As a guide for this long-haul route, an Executive Mercedes sedan starts around $695 one-way and a luxury Escalade or Suburban SUV around $850 one-way; a Sprinter van for larger groups is quoted on request. Shorter intercity runs sit lower in our $250–$650 sedan and $350–$900 SUV bands. There is no surge, and round-trip or wait-and-return can be bundled into the quote.

On the gate-to-gate clock a flight is quicker, but door-to-door it is closer than it looks. Flying means a ride to LAX, security, a gate wait, then a taxi or rideshare line at Harry Reid before you reach your hotel. A private car collects you at your door and drops you at the valet with no airport steps on either end, so for a group of three or more the real-world travel time is often comparable — and far more comfortable and private the whole way.

Absolutely. A quick stop in Barstow or at Baker for coffee, fuel or a stretch is normal on this corridor and your chauffeur will plan for it. The Barstow outlets, a Primm break or an In-N-Out run are all easy to add — just mention it when booking so we account for the time. For a true multi-stop itinerary we can quote the run hourly instead of one-way.

Yes. Many clients book the round trip up front so the Sunday return is already locked at the flat rate, and we can hold the same chauffeur for the weekend or send a fresh car for the drive home. If you have a meeting or event and want to come straight back, a same-day wait-and-return is available too — just ask for the round-trip or as-directed quote when you book.

Fuel and the standard route are always included in the flat rate — there are no per-mile or per-person charges and no surge. Reasonable wait time at pickup is built in, and any longer hold (for example a wait-and-return) is quoted up front so there are no surprises. Gratuity is at your discretion; some clients add it to the booking and others tip the chauffeur directly. We confirm the all-in number before you reserve.

Our fleet covers Executive Mercedes sedans for 1 to 3 passengers with luggage, Cadillac Escalade and Suburban SUVs for up to 6 with bags, and Mercedes Sprinter vans for larger groups, wedding blocks and corporate teams (up to 14). We match the vehicle to your headcount and suitcase count so nobody rides to the Strip with a bag on their lap.

For peak weekends, big fights or residencies, major conventions, festivals and holidays, book several days to a week ahead so we can reserve the right vehicle and your preferred departure time. That said, our dispatch runs 24/7 and we can often arrange a same-day or last-minute Strip run, so it is always worth calling (424) 209-2006 or emailing vip@lux4rides.com.
