Dan + Shay at Honda Center: The Young Tour, November 6, 2026

Dan + Shay play Honda Center in Anaheim on Friday, November 6, 2026 at 7 p.m. with special guests Tyler Hubbard and Josh Ross. Honda Center includes general parking with every ticket for this show, so the case for a chauffeur is the Friday drive, the dinner before, and a reserved ride home rather than a parking charge. This guide covers the venue rules and where a car can meet you.

Quick answer

Do I need to pay for parking at the Dan + Shay show, and where can a car drop me off?

No. Honda Center states that general parking at its lots and garages is included with all event tickets for this concert, so a car service will not save you a parking fee. What it changes is the Friday evening: the 7 p.m. start lands after the commute, dinner in Anaheim fits before the doors, and nobody drives home afterward. Honda Center directs rideshare and taxi drop-off and pickup to ARTIC at 2626 East Katella Avenue, across from the arena; your chauffeur uses the same loop. Hourly service starts at $80 an hour; one-way fares are set by distance in the booking form.

Plan the evening

A Friday 7 p.m. show, forty miles from Los Angeles.

Honda Center is an easy arena once you are there. The planning is about the drive down on a Friday afternoon, the construction around the OCVIBE district, and where the car finds you when the encore ends.

What to expect

The Young Tour brings Dan + Shay to Anaheim with Tyler Hubbard and Josh Ross as special guests, a 7 p.m. start listed on the venue page and no published end time. Tickets are mobile only in the Ticketmaster app; screenshots and printed QR codes are not accepted at the door. Honda Center is cashless everywhere, including concessions, merchandise and parking, and it enforces no re-entry: once your ticket is scanned and you leave, you cannot come back in on the same ticket.

Security uses walk-through Evolv screening, so small items stay in your pockets. The arena and its grounds are no smoking and no vaping, including outside the doors.

Tickets and admission

Tickets are sold through the venue's Ticketmaster link; the Honda Center page does not display prices, so we do not quote one. Buy from the official event page and keep the tickets in the Ticketmaster app on the phone of the person who will present them. Lux4Rides is not affiliated with Honda Center, OCVIBE or the tour and does not sell tickets.

The bag rule is strict: one bag per guest no larger than 5 by 9 by 2 inches, subject to inspection even if it is clear, and backpacks of any size are not permitted. Diaper bags and medical bags up to 12 by 12 by 12 inches are allowed with extra screening. There is no bag check, so anything larger stays in the car; on an hourly booking the vehicle is reserved for you and your bag rides with the chauffeur.

Getting there: where a car can drop you off and pick you up

Honda Center's parking and transportation page (updated September 30, 2026) warns that the area is undergoing significant changes with the development of OCVIBE, with parking and traffic patterns changing, and asks guests to arrive at least 60 minutes early and navigate with Waze. General parking in the onsite lots and garages, including the Katella Garage and Cerritos Garage, is included with event tickets; there is no separate general parking pass. A limited number of premium River Garage spaces are sold in advance on Ticketmaster only. Parking opens three hours before the ticketed start time.

For drop-off and pickup, Honda Center directs rideshare and taxis to ARTIC at 2626 East Katella Avenue, the transit center across from the arena. Drivers must enter ARTIC from Douglass Road via Katella Avenue and follow traffic officers, and guests should exit the arena through the South or East entrances to reach it. Your chauffeur drops you there before the show. On an hourly booking the chauffeur and vehicle are reserved for the hours you book, stage where waiting is permitted and coordinate your return pickup at ARTIC when you message; no car can wait at the arena doors.

  • From LAX the venue's own route is the I-105 East, I-405 South, CA-22 East and CA-57 North to exit 2, Katella Avenue; enter your flight number and the chauffeur tracks it.
  • From Newport Beach the venue quotes the CA-55 North to the I-5 North and CA-57 North, typically 20 to 25 minutes in clear traffic; from Irvine, Newport or Huntington Beach, enter your address and the form sets the fare.
  • Do not park on surrounding private property without permission; the venue says so, and tow-aways are not our problem to solve at 11 p.m.
  • Staying at a Disneyland-area hotel? Honda Center is a short drive east of the resort; our Disneyland transportation hub covers hotel and park pickups and includes Honda Center.

Timing the arrival and the exit

The show starts at 7 p.m. on a Friday. From Los Angeles, Beverly Hills or Calabasas that means leaving in the thick of the commute; a 4:30 pickup, dinner near the arena and a walk in before 7 is a calmer evening than a 5:45 dash. The venue asks for 60 minutes early because of construction around the arena. For the exit, message the chauffeur during the encore so the car is in the ARTIC loop as you walk out of the South or East entrance; the chauffeur follows the traffic officers like everyone else, but a car already in the loop is a shorter wait than one summoned from the street.

A 6-hour hourly block covers a 4:30 pickup in Los Angeles, dinner, the show and the ride home with the clock running from the pickup; from Orange County a 4-hour block usually does it. For scale, LAX to the Disneyland Hotel in Anaheim was $165 one way in a Comfort Sedan on October 10, 2026; Honda Center is a few minutes farther east.

Choosing the service

Hourly chauffeur, or two scheduled transfers?

Parking is included with the ticket, so compare the two ways of not driving: hourly when you want dinner and a flexible finish, two transfers when you want a fixed drop-off and pickup at the lowest price. Both show in full in the booking form with your addresses.

All prices from the Lux4Rides booking form on October 10, 2026, including taxes and fees, before the optional gratuity (20% preselected, adjustable). Hourly service covers about 25 miles of local driving per booked hour; a Los Angeles to Anaheim round trip raises the minimum hours in the form.

Before you go

Put these on the booking.

Dispatch plans the pickup from what you tell us. Four details save a phone call on the day.

  1. Your pickup address and time

Home, office or hotel, and whether you want dinner first. The venue asks for arrival 60 minutes early.

  2. The return plan

ARTIC is the published pickup point. Add the return address and any stop; on an hourly booking you can add stops on the night.

  3. Bags and passengers

One small bag per person inside; larger bags stay with the chauffeur on an hourly booking. Tell us the passenger count so the vehicle fits.

  4. A reachable mobile number

The chauffeur texts the car and plate; you message during the encore so the car is in the ARTIC loop.
