Dates and show times
Honda Center lists Disney On Ice presents Jump In! from Friday, December 11 to Monday, December 14, 2026: Friday at 7:00 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday at 11:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.; and Monday at 6:30 p.m. Crypto.com Arena lists the show from Thursday, December 17 to Sunday, December 20, and Disney On Ice's own schedule gives Thursday and Friday at 7:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday at 11:00 a.m., 3:00 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.
Disney On Ice's schedule also lists Toyota Arena in Ontario, December 24 to 27, and Long Beach Arena, December 31 to January 3, 2027; check the official page for those show times and the show being presented. A morning show suits toddlers who nap after lunch; the 6:30 p.m. weekend show suits older children and a dinner afterwards.
Tickets and the Magical Pass
Disney On Ice says all guests age 2 and older need a ticket, and its pages advertise all-in pricing, with fees included in the price you see. We quote no ticket prices; buy through the official page or the arena. Crypto.com Arena's general rule is a ticket from age 3, but it notes that children's shows can have a different age policy, so follow Disney On Ice's age-2 rule.
The optional Magical Pass adds premium seats and a character visit before the show: Disney On Ice says the greeting starts 45 minutes before showtime and ends 15 minutes before, so Magical Pass families need to be inside about an hour early. In Los Angeles, Magical Pass times are 6:00 p.m. for the 7:00 p.m. shows and 10:00 a.m., 2:00 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. on the weekend. Children must be with an adult. Lux4Rides is not affiliated with Disney, Feld Entertainment or either arena and sells transportation only.
Getting there: each arena's drop-off rule
Honda Center, Anaheim. The arena's parking page (updated September 30, 2026) says rideshare and taxi drop-off and pickup are at ARTIC, 2626 East Katella Avenue, the transit center across from the arena. Drivers must enter ARTIC from Douglass Road via Katella Avenue and follow traffic officers, and guests should leave the arena by the South or East entrances to reach it. Honda Center adds that the area is changing with the OCVIBE development, asks guests to arrive at least 60 minutes early and to navigate with Waze. If you drive yourself, general parking in the arena's lots and garages is included with event tickets; there is no separate pass to buy.
Crypto.com Arena, Los Angeles. The arena allows taxis, buses and limousines to drop off and pick up only in two white zones: Chick Hearn Court eastbound between L.A. Live Way and Georgia Street, and Figueroa Street southbound between 12th Street and Pico, and LAPD enforces the No Stopping signs throughout the district. The nearest entrances to those zones are the Kobe Bryant Entrance at Chick Hearn Court and Georgia Street, the Star Plaza Entrance at Chick Hearn and Figueroa, and the Figueroa Entrance at 12th and Figueroa. Driving yourself, the West Garage (Lot W, Gate B, entered on Chick Hearn Court) charges a single event rate of $10 to $50 plus city parking tax depending on the event and opens 3½ hours before; there are no in-and-out privileges.
With either arena, your chauffeur drops you in the designated area and, on an hourly booking, stages where waiting is permitted and returns to the same area when you message; no car can wait at the doors. Agree the meeting point at drop-off so tired children walk to a car that is already there.
- Next door to Crypto.com Arena that weekend: the Los Angeles Convention Center hosts Collect-A-Con on December 19 and 20, so the white zones and garages will be busier than on a normal Saturday.
- Oversize vehicles: Crypto.com Arena asks limousines and buses to arrange a prepaid parking pass ten days ahead; a Sprinter group uses the white-zone drop-off and a staged pickup.
Bags, strollers and what to leave in the car
Crypto.com Arena's bag policy is strict: bags, backpacks, purses, totes, clear bags and fanny packs are not allowed; only clutches and wallets smaller than 5 x 9 x 1 inches. Medical and parental bags smaller than 14 x 14 x 6 inches are allowed after an X-ray screening, and larger bags can go in a paid locker by the Kobe Bryant Entrance. Plan to bring one parental bag and leave the rest in the vehicle. Honda Center publishes its own bag rules on its Know Before You Go page; check it before an Anaheim show.
This is where an hourly booking earns its cost for a family: the car seats, the stroller, the change of clothes and the snacks for the drive home stay in the vehicle for the whole outing, and nothing has to be carried through security or checked.
Car seats and vehicles
We install rear-facing, convertible and booster seats at $25 each per ride, up to three of each, before the pickup. Tell us ages and weights when you book. A Luxury SUV seats seven passengers with room for six bags and is the usual choice for a family with a stroller; an Escalade Elite seats six; a Mercedes Sprinter carries up to fourteen when booked online, which suits two families going together. Grandparents coming separately can share one booking with a second pickup on an hourly plan.
Timing the arrival and the exit
For an 11:00 a.m. weekend show, aim to reach the drop-off by about 10:15; for Magical Pass, by about 9:45 so you are inside an hour before. Honda Center's own advice is to arrive at least 60 minutes early. After the show, message the chauffeur as you leave your seats; families move slowly through a full arena and the car should reach ARTIC or the white zone as you do.
Anaheim's show week overlaps with Disneyland's holiday season, and many families combine the two. If you are staying at a Disneyland-area hotel, Honda Center is a short drive east; our Disneyland hub covers resort pickups.
Coming from across Southern California
From Irvine, Newport Beach, Long Beach or anywhere in Orange County, the Honda Center dates are the natural choice; from Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Calabasas or Pasadena, Crypto.com Arena is closer. Enter your address in the booking form and the fare is set by mapped distance. Flying in for the holidays: LAX to the Disneyland Hotel was $165 one way in a Comfort Sedan on October 10, 2026 ($207 Luxury SUV, $265 Escalade Elite, $257 Executive Sedan, $677 Sprinter), and LAX to The Biltmore downtown was $122; child seats and meet and greet inside the terminal ($60 per booking) are added at checkout.
