A chauffeur on an hourly booking is reserved for the evening, stages where waiting is permitted, and meets you at the agreed point when you message, so the slow part of a Bowl night is not yours.
The Bowl suggests arriving at least 90 minutes before the performance; gate times are on each event page. Streets around Milner and Camrose can close about two hours before show time until about an hour after, and the Bowl asks everyone not to park in the surrounding neighborhoods. Your chauffeur drops you as close as the closures allow.
A Bowl night often starts with a picnic and ends with a slow walk down the hill. For a group, a Mercedes Sprinter takes up to 14 passengers booked online; the Bowl sells limousine and Sprinter parking in advance for vehicles that stay, while a chauffeured vehicle on an hourly booking drops, stages elsewhere and returns.
The Bowl sits at 2301 North Highland Avenue, just off the 101 at the Hollywood Bowl exit. From Beverly Hills, Santa Monica or the Westside allow an hour on a weeknight; from Pasadena and the Valley the 101 and the 134 are the direct routes. The Hollywood Bowl, explained
The Hollywood Bowl is at 2301 North Highland Avenue, Los Angeles 90068. Its rideshare page tells Uber and Lyft riders to use Lot C (Purple) at 6655 Odin Street, entered from northbound Highland Avenue or westbound Odin Street; on the way out, you follow the purple directional lights from the main gates down Pepper Tree Lane and through the pedestrian tunnel to Lot C. The Bowl states that post-concert pickup in Lot C can take 45 to 90 minutes, and offers a free shuttle from Lot B to Ovation Hollywood as an alternative. Your chauffeur confirms the exact meeting point with you by text, following the Bowl's staff and the closures on the night.
Some concerts are Lease Events run by outside promoters rather than the LA Phil, and the house rules differ, for example no outside alcohol. The guide for each show says which applies; the Bowl's house-rules page is the authority. Lux4Rides sells transportation only; tickets come from the Bowl.
