Quick answer

When is Aerosmith at the Hollywood Bowl, and where does a car drop off and pick up?

Two nights with different start times: Thursday, October 29 at 7:00 p.m. (gates 5:00) and Sunday, November 1 at 6:30 p.m. (gates 4:30). The Bowl directs rideshare drop-off and pick-up to Lot C (Purple) at 6655 Odin Street, entered from northbound Highland Avenue or westbound Odin Street, and says post-concert pickup there can take 45 to 90 minutes. A private chauffeur uses the same hub; what changes is that on an hourly booking the car is already reserved and staged nearby, so you are walking to a car that is yours rather than requesting one. Hourly service starts at $80 an hour in a Comfort Sedan with a four-hour minimum; one-way fares are distance-based and show in the booking form.

Plan the night

Two start times, one pickup lot, and a hill everyone walks down together.

The Bowl tells you itself that the pickup will take up to an hour. The plan is to build the evening around that: a picnic before, a known meeting point after, and a car that is already booked.

Two nights, two different clocks

The Bowl lists Thursday, October 29, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. with a gate time of 5:00 p.m., and Sunday, November 1, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. with gates at 4:30 p.m. The billing is "Two Nights Only"; there is no Friday or Saturday show. If you hold tickets for the Sunday, note the earlier start.

The Bowl notes that dates, prices and availability are subject to change and all sales are final; recheck the event page the day before.

Tickets, picnics and the special house rules

Tickets are through the Bowl's Buy Now link; the event page prints no price, so take it from there. Lux4Rides sells transportation only. This is a Lease Event promoted by Live Nation and Hewitt Silva, so the Bowl's "Special House Rules Apply" flag is on: no outside alcohol, no glass, no cans. You may still bring food and factory-sealed non-alcoholic drinks of one liter or less and picnic in any of the Bowl's 14 picnic areas; wine and beer are sold inside.

Bags do not need to be clear but must fit under your seat and measure no more than 15 inches wide, 15 inches high or 22 inches long; the same limit applies to coolers. Umbrellas, chairs, tablets, selfie sticks and cameras with detachable lenses are prohibited, and the Bowl does not store them, so they stay in the car. Everyone passes through metal detectors; be at the gates at least 30 minutes before start. Anyone two or older needs a ticket.

Getting there: Lot C is the drop-off, and the pickup

The Hollywood Bowl is at 2301 N Highland Avenue. For any car that is not parking, the Bowl's instruction is the same for Uber, Lyft and a private chauffeur: drop-off and pick-up are in Lot C (Purple), at 6655 Odin Street. The lot is entered from northbound Highland Avenue or westbound Odin Street. After the show you leave by the main gates and follow the purple directional lights down Pepper Tree Lane, through the pedestrian tunnel, to Lot C. The Bowl states plainly that post-concert pickup in Lot C can take 45 to 90 minutes, and offers a free shuttle from Lot B to Ovation Hollywood for people who would rather request a rideshare there.

What a private booking changes is not the lot but the wait inside it. On an hourly booking the chauffeur and vehicle are reserved for the hours you book, stage nearby where waiting is permitted, and move to Lot C when you message from your seat; you walk down to a car that is already yours. The chauffeur cannot enter the lot ahead of the queue, hold a space, or use a street the Bowl has closed (Milner and Camrose may close from about two hours before show time until an hour after). Two scheduled transfers also work; set the return for at least an hour after the published end to match the Bowl's estimate.

  • Driving yourself: all Bowl lots are stack parked with no early exit and open three hours before the event. Published prices for a Lease Event: Lot A (Blue) $90 valet or $55 stacked; Lot D (Yellow) $55; Lot B is the Park & Ride and shuttle hub with $55 accessible parking only; Lot C is the rideshare hub with no parking. Each pass carries a $2.50 service fee, and parking often sells out in advance.
  • Limousines and Sprinters: the Bowl sells an oversized (limo/Sprinter) pass for Lot B at $90, advance purchase through the Box Office only. For a Sprinter group that does not want a stacked lot, the Lot C drop-off and a staged pickup is the usual plan.
  • The Bowl's own alternatives: Park & Ride buses ($12.45 online by 10 a.m. the day before, or $15 cash at the lot for a Lease Event) and the Bowl Shuttle ($12.45 online, $12 at the lot), returning about 20 minutes after the concert ends. Do not park in the surrounding neighborhoods; the Bowl warns the ticket is costly.
  • From Los Angeles, Beverly Hills, Calabasas or Pasadena, enter your address in the booking form; the fare is set by the mapped distance. From Orange County, Irvine, Newport Beach or Long Beach, the drive is long enough that two transfers are usually the better value.

Timing: arrive early, leave on your own clock

The Bowl recommends arriving at least 90 minutes before the concert; the gate times (5:00 p.m. on the 29th, 4:30 p.m. on the 1st) allow a picnic before the show, and a drop at Lot C around gate time is ahead of the Highland Avenue build-up. On the way out, message the chauffeur as you stand up, not when you reach the lot.

On an hourly booking the car is reserved and staged, so the only question is when you are ready; extra time is billed at the same hourly rate.

Choosing the service

Hourly chauffeur, or two scheduled transfers?

For the Bowl, compare hourly first if you want a picnic stop and a pickup on your own schedule; two transfers if you are coming straight from home and the return time can be fixed an hour after the end. Both show in full in the booking form with your addresses.

Best forA picnic or dinner before, a long post-show queue you would rather not join, a group that wants one car for the nightStraight to the Bowl and straight home, or a long drive from Orange County

When is Aerosmith at the Hollywood Bowl?

Thursday, October 29, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. (gates 5:00 p.m.) and Sunday, November 1, 2026 at 6:30 p.m. (gates 4:30 p.m.), per the Bowl's event pages. Two nights only.

Where does a private car drop off at the Hollywood Bowl?

In Lot C (Purple), the rideshare hub at 6655 Odin Street, entered from northbound Highland Avenue or westbound Odin Street. The Bowl gives the same instruction for all rideshare drop-offs and pickups.

Does a chauffeur avoid the 45-to-90-minute pickup wait?

No car avoids the walk and the queue into Lot C. What an hourly booking changes is that your car is already reserved and staged nearby, so you are not requesting a ride; the chauffeur moves to the lot when you message and you walk to your own vehicle.

Can I bring wine to this show?

Not to this one. It is a Lease Event with Special House Rules: no outside alcohol, glass or cans. Food and sealed non-alcoholic drinks of a liter or less are allowed, and wine and beer are sold inside.

What does parking cost?

The Bowl lists Lot A at $90 valet or $55 stacked, Lot D at $55 for Lease Events, and an oversized limo/Sprinter pass in Lot B at $90 purchased in advance through the Box Office. Lots are stack parked with no early exit, and a $2.50 service fee applies per pass.

Can a Sprinter take our group?

Yes. A Mercedes Sprinter takes up to 14 passengers when booked online and drops and collects at Lot C like any other car; the Bowl's $90 oversized pass is only needed if the vehicle parks on site.
