The schedule, game by game
SoFi Stadium's event calendar on October 18, 2026 lists these Chargers home games: Week 9, Sunday November 8, Texans, 1:05 p.m.; Week 11, Sunday November 22, Jets, 1:05 p.m.; Week 12, Sunday November 29, Patriots, 5:20 p.m.; Week 15, Thursday December 17, 49ers, 5:15 p.m.; and Week 17, Chiefs, date and time TBA. Each event page showed tickets on sale and listed parking lots and doors as TBD. Check the page and your parking pass the week of the game; we update this guide when the Week 17 date is announced.
Two of the dates fall on heavy travel days. November 29 is the Sunday after Thanksgiving, when many visitors fly home from LAX, just west of the stadium; our Thanksgiving guide covers the airport side. December 17 is a Thursday, so the 5:15 p.m. kickoff meets the weekday evening commute on the 405 and the 105. On both, give yourself more time than you think, or let a chauffeur deal with it.
Tickets and the parking pass
Tickets and suites are sold through SoFi's event pages, which show no prices, so we quote none. Lux4Rides is not affiliated with the Chargers, the NFL or SoFi Stadium and sells transportation only.
The parking pass is where game days go wrong. SoFi's rule is that every guest arriving by car needs a pass; a car without one is sent away to offsite options. For NFL games the stadium describes its own parking as extremely limited, with higher prices on the day. Inglewood has no event street parking at all: every street is under a residential permit program, enforced with tickets and tow trucks. SoFi's alternatives for anyone without a pass are the city-run Inglewood Park & Go remote lots with shuttles, or Metro to the LAX/Metro Transit Center and the game-day shuttle from there.
Getting there: SoFi's drop-off and pickup rules
On game days SoFi treats every hired vehicle the same way, whether it is a rideshare, a taxi, a limo, a bus or a private chauffeur: passengers get out on Kareem Court, northbound curb lane, and the approach is westbound Pincay Drive, under the direction of traffic officers. Coming home, the designated meeting point is Kareem Court at Manchester Boulevard. A chauffeured car takes the same approach as everyone else and cannot keep a space on the curb.
On an hourly booking the chauffeur and vehicle are reserved for the hours you book: the car drops you at Kareem Court, stages off campus where waiting is permitted, and returns to the pickup when you message. SoFi says lots generally close one hour after the event ends, which matters only if your group also has a car parked inside.
- A Mercedes Sprinter for up to 14 is not an oversize vehicle under SoFi's definition (a seating capacity of 16 or more) and uses the same Kareem Court drop-off.
- Luggage of any kind is prohibited inside, so a group coming straight from LAX keeps its bags in the vehicle; another reason to book by the hour on an arrival day.
Tailgating with a chauffeur
Tailgating at NFL games is allowed only in the Hyundai Pink Zone, with a Pink Zone pass. SoFi's policy says the Pink Zone typically opens about five hours before kickoff for Chargers and Rams regular-season games and all other lots four hours before; tailgating must stop by kickoff, enforcement starts sweeping 15 minutes before, and anyone entering the campus on game day, Pink Zone included, must hold a valid game ticket.
That last rule shapes the plan. A chauffeur who stayed with the car in the Pink Zone would be on campus without a ticket, so the workable arrangement is that your group's tailgate runs from a pass-holding vehicle, and the chauffeur brings people to Kareem Court as the lots open and stages off campus. For the 1:05 p.m. games that means a pickup around 7:30 to 8:00 a.m. for a Pink Zone opening near 8:05; for the 5:20 p.m. Patriots game, early afternoon.
Night games: Patriots and 49ers
The Sunday, November 29 Patriots game kicks off at 5:20 p.m. and the Thursday, December 17 49ers game at 5:15 p.m. An NFL game usually runs a little over three hours, so both let out around 8:30 to 9:00 p.m. into the dark, with the stadium district emptying at once. Book the hours to cover a late finish; on an hourly booking extra time is billed at the same hourly rate. For a Thursday game, a pickup from the office works: give us the work address and the chauffeur takes you straight to Kareem Court.
December evenings are cool by the coast. The car is where jackets and anything that is not a clear bag can wait until you come out.
Families and bags
SoFi applies a clear-bag rule to all events: a clear plastic, vinyl or PVC bag no larger than 12 x 6 x 12 inches, a one-gallon clear freezer bag, or a clutch up to 4.5 x 6.5 inches. Backpacks, diaper bags and luggage are out, and strollers and car seats are prohibited inside; they can be checked at bag valet for a fee, or simply stay in the vehicle on an hourly booking. We install rear-facing, convertible and booster seats at $25 each per ride.
Coming from across Southern California
From Beverly Hills, Calabasas, Pasadena or Santa Monica, a run to Inglewood is straightforward on a Sunday morning; the exit is the harder half. From Orange County, Irvine, Newport Beach or Long Beach, the booking form raises the hourly minimum for the distance, and two transfers are often the better value. Visiting fans landing at LAX for the Texans, Jets, Patriots or 49ers game: the stadium sits just east of the airport, and a one-way ride from LAX to the Beverly Wilshire in Beverly Hills was $110 in a Comfort Sedan on October 10, 2026, for scale.
