Which night, and what time
The Bowl's calendar lists five performances. Wednesday, October 21; Friday, October 23; and Saturday, October 24 are the final three dates of The Black Parade 2026 tour, each with gates at 6:00 p.m. and the show at 8:00 p.m. Friday, October 30 (with The Used) and Saturday, October 31 (with Thrice) were added afterwards as the Devil's Night and Halloween shows, with gates at 5:30 p.m. and the show at 7:00 p.m. Check your ticket for the date; the earlier start on the last two nights moves every other time in this guide by an hour.
The Bowl is busy four nights running at the end of the month: Aerosmith plays on Thursday, October 29, then My Chemical Romance on the 30th and 31st, then Aerosmith again on Sunday, November 1. Halloween night also brings large crowds to West Hollywood for the Carnaval, a short drive west. Expect Highland Avenue and the 101 to be slow before both Halloween-weekend shows.
Tickets and house rules
All five shows are presented by Live Nation and Hewitt Silva and sold through the Bowl's own event pages, which showed a Buy Now button and no sold-out notice for every date on October 18, 2026. We quote no ticket prices. Lux4Rides is not affiliated with the band, the promoters or the Hollywood Bowl and sells transportation only.
Special house rules apply to these shows: no glass, cans or alcohol on entry. That matters if your plan was a picnic in the boxes; leave the wine in the car or at home. The Bowl suggests arriving at least 90 minutes before the performance and refers to the gate time on each concert page for ticketed access to the amphitheater.
Getting there: the Bowl's Lot C rule
The Bowl runs one pickup point for every hired car. Its rideshare page sends Uber, Lyft, taxis and private chauffeurs alike to Lot C (Purple) at 6655 Odin Street, across Highland from the amphitheater at 2301 N Highland Avenue; cars come in from northbound Highland or westbound Odin. Leaving, you walk out of the main gates, pick up the purple directional lights on Pepper Tree Lane and go through the pedestrian tunnel into Lot C. The Bowl's own estimate for the post-show pickup there is 45 to 90 minutes, and it suggests an alternative: a free shuttle from Lot B down to Ovation Hollywood, where a rideshare can be requested away from the crowd.
A chauffeur does not change that geography; it changes who is waiting. Booked by the hour, the car and driver are yours for the booked time: they stage close by where waiting is permitted, and when you text from your seat during the encore the chauffeur starts moving into Lot C while you walk down. Nobody can jump the Lot C line, reserve a space in it or drive a street the Bowl has shut; on busy nights the Bowl may close Milner and Camrose roughly two hours before the show until about an hour after it. If you prefer two scheduled rides, book the return at least an hour after the scheduled end so it matches the Bowl's own estimate.
Accessible option: guests who need accessible services can be dropped in the Lot C hub before the show, where an accessible shuttle takes them to the Box Office plaza. After the show they follow the Accessible Odin path to the top of Lot B (Green), and the shuttle returns them to Lot C for pickup.
- Limo or Sprinter parking: the Bowl's price list includes an oversized pass for Lot B at $90, sold only in advance through the Box Office, plus the $2.50 service fee. Most groups in a Sprinter leave the stacked lot to drivers and use the Lot C drop-off with a staged pickup.
- Do not plan on neighborhood parking: the Bowl asks guests not to park in the surrounding streets and warns the ticket can be costly.
Parking, Park & Ride and the Bowl Shuttle
Driving yourself means stacked parking with no early exit; lots open three hours before the event and often sell out in advance. The Bowl lists Lot A (Blue) at $90 for valet or $55 stacked and Lot D (Yellow) at $45 for LA Phil events or $55 for lease events, each with a $2.50 service fee; Lot B is the Park & Ride and shuttle hub with accessible parking only, and Lot C has no parking at all. The Bowl adds that valet for lease events is not sold in advance and is at the visiting artist's discretion, cash only at the lot. Buy parking for your specific date through the link on the event page; it shows the options that apply.
The Bowl's own buses are the main alternative. Park & Ride runs from lots across Los Angeles County at $10 online for LA Phil events or $12.45 for lease events (by 10 a.m. the day before), or $15 cash at the lot. The Bowl Shuttle runs from four nearer lots at $12.45 online or $12 at the lot for lease events, free with a valid Metro or Metrolink ticket, with departures from 2.5 hours before the concert and the last bus at concert time. Return buses start about 20 minutes after the show ends. If you take the Metro B Line to Hollywood/Highland, the shuttle from Ovation Hollywood finishes the trip.
A chauffeur is the option for a group that wants to arrive together, leave the stacked lot to someone else and get home on one car's schedule rather than a bus queue.
Timing the night
For the 8:00 p.m. shows, a pickup that reaches Lot C around 6:30 p.m. lines up with the Bowl's 90-minute advice; for the 7:00 p.m. shows on the 30th and 31st, aim for about 5:30 p.m. From Beverly Hills or West Hollywood allow extra time on a Friday or Halloween Saturday; the Highland Avenue approach backs up as the lots fill.
After the encore, the walk down Pepper Tree Lane and through the tunnel takes time in a full amphitheater. Message the chauffeur as you leave your box or bench, not when you reach Lot C. On an hourly booking, extra time is billed at the same hourly rate if the band plays long.
Groups, costumes and the ride home
Halloween weekend shows invite costumes, and the car is a good place to keep the parts that do not get through security or are awkward on a bench. A Luxury SUV seats seven, an Escalade Elite six, and a Mercedes Sprinter up to fourteen when booked online. For a mixed group that splits after the show, an hourly booking with a second drop-off costs less than separate rides; the chauffeur goes where you direct, with unlimited stops within the booked hours.
Coming from across Los Angeles
From Beverly Hills, Calabasas, Pasadena or the Westside, enter your address in the booking form; one-way fares are set by mapped distance, and a 4-hour hourly block usually covers the drive in, the show and the return. From Orange County, Irvine, Newport Beach or Long Beach the drive is long enough that two transfers often cost less than holding a car all evening. Flying in for the show: LAX to the Beverly Wilshire in Beverly Hills was $110 one way in a Comfort Sedan on October 10, 2026, and the chauffeur tracks your flight.
