On UCLA game days the Rose Bowl keeps all rideshare and taxi drop-offs and pickups in Old Town Pasadena and runs a free express shuttle between the Parsons Engineering Complex and Lot B / Gate B. Your chauffeur follows the same plan: a drop in Old Town or at the point the stadium permits for the event, and a pickup agreed with dispatch, with the Metro A Line's Memorial Park station less than half a mile from the shuttle.
Reserved for the whole day
Rose Bowl days are long: lots open six hours before kickoff and take about 90 minutes to clear afterwards. On an hourly booking the chauffeur and vehicle are reserved for the hours you book, stage nearby where waiting is permitted, and go where you direct afterwards, Old Town for dinner or straight home.
Parking, if you drive
The Rose Bowl sells parking at $35 plus a $3 fee in advance, until 10 p.m. the night before, and $40 plus a $4 fee on the day, cards only. Passes differ by lot, and the stadium enforces a clear-bag policy with no re-entry. A chauffeured car drops you and leaves, so no pass is needed.

Where the stadium puts rideshares and private cars
The Rose Bowl is at 1001 Rose Bowl Drive, Pasadena. For UCLA football games its event page states that all rideshare and taxi services must drop off and pick up in the Old Town area of Pasadena, and that a free shuttle runs between the Parsons Engineering Complex and Lot B / Gate B on major event days. The Metro A Line's Memorial Park station is less than half a mile from the Parsons shuttle. Your chauffeur plans the drop and the pickup around that rule and confirms the meeting point with you by text; other events can have different access plans, which the event guide states.
Parking and bags
- Advance parking $35 plus a $3 fee, on sale until 10 p.m. the night before; day-of $40 plus a $4 fee at the entry to the parking areas, no cash.
- Lots open six hours before kickoff and clear within about 90 minutes afterwards.
- Clear-bag policy: bags up to 12 × 6 × 12 inches, clutches up to 4.5 × 6.5; no re-entry.
- Everyone aged 3 and over needs a ticket for USC–UCLA, per the stadium's page.
Timing a game day
With a tailgate, plan to be dropped three to four hours before kickoff; without, 60 to 90 minutes. After the final whistle, the walk to Old Town or to the shuttle takes 15 to 30 minutes with the crowd; that is when you message your chauffeur.
